The ethane liquefaction refrigerating system comprises an ethane compressor, an ethane air cooler, an ethane condensate collection tank, a high-pressure ethane evaporator, a medium-pressure ethane evaporator, a low-pressure ethane evaporator and a low-low-pressure ethane evaporator, wherein the ethane compressor, the ethane air cooler, the ethane condensate collection tank, the high-pressure ethane evaporator, the medium-pressure ethane evaporator, the low-pressure ethane evaporator and the low-low-pressure ethane evaporator are connected in sequence. The methane supercoolingrefrigerating system comprises a natural gas supercooler, a methane compressor and a methane air cooler, wherein the natural gas supercooler, the methane compressor and the methane air cooler are connected in sequence.
