Embodiment Construction

[0063] The present invention will be described in detail below according to the accompanying drawings.

[0064] refer to figure 1 , a lung cancer cancer cell detector with optimal parameters, the system consists of a gene microarray read-in module 1, a data preprocessing and feature sorting module 2, a parameter optimization module 3, and a model output module 4; wherein:

[0065] The gene microarray read-in module 1 reads in the category labels of all gene microarrays Y=[y 1 ,y 2 ,...,y m ], where y i =k,k∈(-1,1), and the gene microarray expression values of all samples:

Abstract

The invention discloses a parameter-optimized lung cancer cell detector. The system is composed of a gene microarray read-in module, a data preprocessing and characteristic ranking module, a parameteroptimizing module and a model outputting module. The system preprocesses input gene microarray data first, and then ranks various remaining genes according to importance, wherein relevance is calculated through calculated scores, contribution degrees are calculated by using a classifier criterion function, and the importance of all the genes is ranked. On the basis of an original intelligent optimizing algorithm, fitness detection and population perturbation are added to an improved optimizing method, and the situations that the population diversity is lost and the optimizing process gets into local optimization can be avoided. The searched optimized parameter serves as a classifier parameter to complete model construction, and a result is output. The system is high in speed and suitablefor on-line detection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of application of gene microarray data, in particular to a lung cancer cell detector with optimal parameters. Background technique [0002] The 21st century is the century of life sciences. The data on DNA microarray (DNA Microarray), also known as gene microarray data, has great potential for research value. In terms of basic medicine, microarray can be used to quickly detect the expression value of a large number of genes , compare the expression differences of different typical samples, and carry out the discovery and research of disease-causing genes, genetic testing, etc. Clinically, the early stage of tumors manifests as changes in intracellular gene expression patterns, and microarray data research can achieve early detection and early treatment to guide clinical practice; lung cancer is the fastest growing morbidity and mortality, and has a great impact on the health and life of the population.
