A laser beam emitted by the light source module is divided by the beam splitter into pump light and detectionlight, after time delay of the detection light by the two sets of optical delay lines connected in series, the detection light after time delay and the pump light are focused through the optical lensset at a to-be-tested sample, and the detection light transmitted through the to-be-tested sample is subjected to signal acquisition by the spectrometer.
