Abstract

The invention discloses a metallic member loaded filter which comprises the components of an input end, an output end, at least one state of main transmission wire for connecting the input end with the output end, and at least two shortcircuit branches, wherein one end of each of the shortcircuit branches is connected with the main transmission wire. The axis of each shortcircuit branch is in an X-direction or a -X-direction. Different shortcircuit branches are arranged in a Z-direction. The main transmission wire can be internally provided with a metal member which is connected with the innerwall of the main transmission wire with the metal member in one direction. The shortcircuit branch can be formed through connecting two or more shortcircuit branch transmission wires. According to the metallic member loaded filter, various filters are realized by means of a rectangular waveguide or a single-ridge rectangular waveguide and the shortcircuit branches and the metallic member on the inner wall of the main transmission wire. Compared with prior art, the metallic member loaded filter has advantages of compact structure, small weight, effective material saving and simple structure. The metallic member loaded filter can be widely applied in radar, missile guidance and various mobile communication systems.
