A flue gas inlet and a water outlet are formed on the side wall of an anti-corrosive tower body and a water storage tank is arranged on the outer wall at the position of the water outlet of the anti-corrosive tower body; a flue gas outlet is formed at the top of the anti-corrosive tower body; a dewatering device is arranged on the inner wall of the upper end of the anti-corrosive tower body; a support is arranged inside the anti-corrosive tower, five rotary water-film nozzles are assembled on the support, and especially assembled at different heights all higher than the flue gas inlet. Besides, a water pump is assembled on the outer wall of the water storage tank, a water inlet pipe on the water pump runs through the water storage tank to be communicated with the anti-corrosive tower body through the water outlet at the bottom; a water outlet of the water pump is connected with a water inlet of the five rotary waterfilm nozzles through a connecting hose. Flue gas is introduced from the lower portion of the tower body, which achieves large cross section and low air velocity. Water is supplied through the depositing closed-cycling rotary V-shaped water films in opposite movements, so that power rather than resistance is increased for raising of flue gas.
