Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of absorption refrigeration circulation and particularly discloses a pressurized-injection-based mechanical-pump-free absorption refrigeration circulating system andmethod. A working fluid pair solution in a generator is heated to a boiling state to generate refrigerant vapor. The refrigerant vapor is divided into two ways. One way of the refrigerant vapor is condensed into refrigerant liquid, and the refrigerant liquid is evaporated and absorbs heat to be converted into refrigerant vapor, the working fluid pair solution is concentrated into a condensed solution after generating the refrigerant vapor to serve as dynamic fluid to inject the refrigerant vapor and be mixed with the refrigerant vapor, and a working fluid pair dilute solution is obtained through heat exchange after mixing. The other way of the refrigerant vapor serves as dynamic vapor to inject the working fluid pair dilute solution, mixed liquid is obtained through mixing, and the mixedliquid is subjected to heat absorption and then is sent back to the generator to complete circulation. The pressurized-injection-based mechanical-pump-free absorption refrigeration circulating systemand method have the advantages that the structure is simple and control is easy and are suitable for small and medium-sized absorption refrigeration circulation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of absorption refrigeration cycle, and more specifically relates to a mechanical pump-free absorption refrigeration cycle system and method based on pressurized injection. Background technique [0002] Waste heat recovery is an important technology to improve the efficiency of primary energy utilization, and the utilization of renewable energy is an important way to achieve sustainable social development. Due to its heat-driven characteristics, absorption refrigeration technology plays an irreplaceable important role in the field of waste heat recovery and utilization of renewable energy (solar energy, biomass energy, etc.). At the same time, the refrigerants that the absorption refrigeration system tends to use are water (R718) and ammonia (R717), both of which are natural working fluids, which do not destroy the ozone layer and do not have a high greenhouse effect. Therefore, in the field of energy saving and envir...
