Abstract

The invention discloses a secondary reheat steam temperature control device based on model predictive control. The secondary reheat steam temperature control device comprises a model predictive control module, a first comparator, a PID control module, a second comparator, a secondary loop transfer function module G1(s), a third comparator, a main loop transfer function module G2(s) which are connected in series. The output end of the secondary loop transfer function module G1(s) is connected to one input end of the first comparator. A first disturbance module is connected to one input end of the second comparator. A second disturbance module is connected to one input end of the third comparator. The output end of the main loop transfer function module G2(s) is connected to one input end ofthe model predictive control module. The other input end of the model predictive control module is used as the temperature input end to a reheater. The invention also discloses a secondary reheat steam temperature control system. The secondary reheat steam temperature control device solves the nonlinearity, the time variation, and the hysteresis of a conventional device in the secondary reheat steam temperature PID control process.
