Abstract

The measurement device comprises a laser, a 1*3 fiber coupler, a polarization controller, an optical switch, first to third fibers, a collimating lens, a to-be-measured lens, an imaging screen, a CCD and a computer. The method comprises that a chequer scaling board is used to calibrate theCCD, a geometric conversion relation between a reference plane of the imaging screen and a target surface of the CCD is established; light emitted by the laser is input to the fiber coupler, the polarization controller is adjusted, polarization of light emitted by the first and third fibers interferes with light emitted by the second fiber to obtain an interference fringe graph; the to-be-measuredlens is placed, interference fringe is projected to the imaging screen via the to-be-measured lens, the CCD receives the interference fringe graph in which phase deflection occurs in the imaging screen, and the diopter of the to-be-measured lens in the transverse and longitudinal axes is calculated; and phase information is resolved via Fourier transform, and the diopter of the lens is obtained.The measurement device and method have advantages of high efficiency, high precision and wide application.
