An alternating-current signal generator of the device is electrically connected with apower amplifier; the power amplifier is electrically connected with a half-wave rectifying module; a wave velocity tester is electrically connected with a first sensor and a second sensor respectively; the first sensor and the second sensor are fixedly arranged on the to-be-tested rock core test sample; a steady-state vibration exciter comprises a silicon steel sheet framework, an electromagneticcoil, a vibrating head and a balance mass block; the silicon steel sheet framework is fixedly arranged on the end surface of the to-be-tested rock core test sample; the electromagnetic coil is fixedlyarranged in the silicon steel sheet framework; the vibrating head is connected with one end of the silicon steel sheet framework through an elastic part; the balance mass block is positioned at the other end of the silicon steel sheet framework, and is fixedly connected with the vibrating head through a connecting rod; and the electromagnetic coil is electrically connected with the half-wave rectifying module.
