The emission control driver comprises a plurality of emission stages, wherein the emission stages sequentially output emission control signals through emission control lines; and each of the emission stages includes a first signal processor, a second signal processor and a third signal processor, wherein the first signal processor receives a first voltage and outputs first signals and second signals in response to first control signals, second control signals and third control signals, the second signal processor receives the first voltage and outputs third signals in response to the third control signals, the first signals, and the second signals, and the third signal processor receives the first voltage and the second voltage, and outputs emission control signals in response to the third control signals, the second signals, and the third signals. According to the emission control driver and the display device thereof of the present invention, the three signal processors are adopted to receive the first voltage and the second voltage and output the emission control signals in response to the first control signals, the second control signals, and the third control signals, and therefore, the structure of the emission control driver is simplified.
