The wake-up method is appliedto a TSP platform and comprises the steps that when a vehicle control request sent by a mobile terminal is received, a data packet related to a vehicle bound with the mobile terminal is acquired froma target base station, wherein the target base station is a base station capable of achieving PDP connection with the vehicle; and when the data packet comprises address information of a vehicle-mounted TBOX mounted in the vehicle, a wake-up instruction is sent to the vehicle-mounted TBOX on the basis of the address information to wake up the vehicle-mounted TBOX. According to the wake-up method,the address information of the vehicle-mounted TBOX can be acquired from the target base station, and then the wake-up instruction is sent to the vehicle-mounted TBOX according to the address information; and due to the fact that the wake-up instruction does not need to be sent to the vehicle-mounted TBOX through a short message channel, the phenomenon that sending is delayed or the instruction islost cannot be generated, therefore, the efficiency of remotely controlling the vehicle is improved, and the success rate of remotely controlling the vehicle is increased.
