The present invention provides an interactive voice response setting system and method, an electronic device and a storage medium. The system comprises a setting module which provides a graphical interface for setting an interactive voice response process which comprises a plurality of sub-processes, a synchronization module which obtains an interactive voice response process according to a setting completion signal sent by the setting module and synchronizing the interactive voice response process to a high-speed cache database, a test module which calls a corresponding sub process in the interactive voice response process from the high-speed cache database according to a traffic request and controls an interaction process based on the traffic request according to the sub process, a recording module which records interaction data generated by the interaction process, and a publishing module which releases the interactive voice response process to a production environment when the interaction data is matched with preset data. The setting and test of the interactive voice response are automatically performed, the setting efficiency can be improved, and errors of manual operations are avoided.
