Each of the wire pulling devices comprises a gravity hammer,a pulley block, a fixed seat, and a traction rope. The traction rope is hung on the pulley block. The pulley block comprises three pulleys that are arranged in an L shape. Each of the traction devicescomprises a traction rail mechanism, a traction hook, and a traction pulley. The stress direction of the traction hook is opposite to the stress direction of the traction pulley. The traction rope onthe traction pulley is located between the fixed seat and the pulley block.
