Abstract

The invention discloses a hollow shaft motor which comprises a rotor hollow shaft, a key locking flange plate, an insert key, a key retaining ring and a rotor line set. The rotor hollow shaft is usedfor mounting a power screw. A trapezoidal male thread is arranged at the output end of the rotor hollow shaft. A trapezoidal female thread is arranged on the inner wall of the key locking flange plate. The key locking flange plate is assembled at the output end of the rotor hollow shaft through meshing of the trapezoidal female thread and the trapezoidal male thread. An outer key groove is formedin the outer wall of the output end of the rotor hollow shaft in the axial direction. An inner key groove corresponding to the outer key groove is formed in the inner wall of the key locking flange plate in the axial direction. The insert key is inserted into the space combined by the outer key groove and the inner key groove to conduct relative positioning on the rotor hollow shaft and the key locking flange plate. The key retaining ring is assembled in the tail end of the key locking flange plate and abuts against the output tail end of the rotor hollow shaft in a jacking mode. The power screw is mounted on the rotor hollow shaft and driven to operate in the up-down direction through matching of the rotor hollow shaft and the key locking flange plate, thus friction, noise and buffeting can be reduced, and the comfortableness of a whole elevator in use is improved.
