The preparation method comprises: step 1, calcining the fly ash to obtain the fly ash clinker; step 2, according to the mass ratio, uniformly mixing the raw materials to obtain the uniform mixture; step 3, (1) dry-pressing and molding the uniform mixture; (2) after sufficiently drying the molded mixture, placing the mixture in a high-temperature furnace, sinterring and insulating for a certain period of time to prepare the fly ash-based mullite closed-cell ceramic.
