The LED energy-saving lamp with the health-care function provided by the invention has the advantages that (1) a red light is adopted to better stimulate a hematopoiesis function of a human body;(2) by adopting segmented control, a user can select common LED cold light illumination, LED warm light illumination with the red light, and LED health-care illumination with the red light and an ultraviolet light according to the user demand; (3) the electric power ratio of the lighting source, the red light source and the ultraviolet light source is 7:2:1, so that the best health-care effect can be achieved; and (4) the LED energy-saving lamp with the health-care function is wide in application range, and particularly suitable for northward offices, northward house types of point type high-rise buildings, basements and all places with insufficient sunlight.
