Abstract

The present invention provides a method, device and system for evaluating the aging state of an insulator surface RTV coating. An active infrared thermal imaging evaluation method can determine the aging state of the insulator surface RTV coating by temperature change process differences caused for the reason that physical and chemical properties of the material of the insulator surface RTV coating changes due to ageing of years, and heat transfer coefficients correspondingly change during a heat conduction process so as to achieve non-destructive evaluation of the aging state of the insulatorsurface RTV coating without sampling on the insulator surface RTV coating for destructive experiments, the safety, reliability, and remaining life of insulators can be further evaluated, and a guidance is provided for the operation and maintenance of the insulators in the power system.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of electric power technology, in particular to a method, device and system for evaluating the aging state of an RTV coating on an insulator surface. Background technique [0002] Spraying room temperature vulcanized silicon rubber (RTV) coatings on the surface of insulators can effectively prevent insulator pollution flashover accidents. Therefore, insulators sprayed with RTV coatings have been widely used in power systems. However, as the running time increases, the RTV coating on the surface of the insulator is affected by temperature, humidity, surface discharge, ultraviolet radiation, pollution, rain, and chemical corrosion, and the RTV coating will age to a certain extent. With the development of the process, its hydrophobicity and hydrophobicity will continue to decrease until it is completely lost. At this time, the insulator coated with RTV coating cannot effectively prevent the occurrence of polluti...
