Abstract

Provided are a solid-liquid separator and a solid liquid separation method. The solid-liquid separator can increase adhesion of a particle solid and separate a particle solid from a nonwoven fabric efficiently at the time of washing. The solid-liquid separator comprises a storage tank for storing a treatment liquid; a separation part which is provided with a separation vessel in which the treatment liquid is supplied from the storage tank, making the particle solid adhere by immersing a nonwoven fabric unit which is made plate-like on both sides of the resin net with the nonwoven fabric in thetreatment liquid in the separation vessel, and moving the nonwoven fabric in the direction of a rear surface, after making the treatment liquid in which a particle solid is reduced overflow, making the air bubbles and the pre-liquid generated in the separation vessel to collide with the nonwoven fabric and dispersing the separated particle solid in the treatment liquid to form a concentration slurry; a slurry storage tank for storing the concentration slurry discharged from the separation vessel; and a filter separator for discharging the filtered water passing through a filter of a sheet shape to the outside of the tank to obtain a dewatering cake.
