The gynecological moxa fumigation device comprises a bed body, wherein four support legs are fixedto the lower side of the bed body; a cavity is disposed inside the bed body; a plurality of heat outlets are uniformly disposed on the upper side of the bed body and communicates the cavity with the outside; a mounting plate is disposed in the cavity; a height adapting device is disposed between the mounting plate and the inner bottom of the cavity; a plurality of ash trays are evenly arranged onthe upper side of the mounting plate, and are fixedly connected to the mounting plate through bolts; and moxa stick clamping devices are arranged in the ash trays. The gynecological moxa fumigation device has the beneficial effects that the two threaded slide blocks matching a threaded segment on a rotating rod move in opposite directions so that the verticality of a connecting rod is reduced andthe height of the mounting plate is increased; the rotation speed of the motor can be controlled to achieve a basically unchanged distance between the moxa sticks and a human body so as to achieve a moxa fumigation effect; and a support plate is inserted into a clamping sleeve, and supports moxa sticks so as to prevent the moxa sticks from falling.
