The invention discloses a front suspension rubber
cushion for an engine. The front suspension rubber
cushion comprises an upper rubber
cushion and a lower rubber cushion with the same structure and symmetrically arranged in a mirror upward and downward direction. The upper rubber cushion and the lower rubber cushion comprise an upper framework, a lower framework and a rubber body arranged in the middle, wherein the upper framework and the lower framework are coaxially arranged, the rubber body is of an outer cylindrical inner
conical surface structure, and the outer cylinder and the inner
conical surface have the same central axis. The
diameter of an upper port of the inner
conical surface is larger than the
diameter of a lower port; the lower framework is embedded in the bottom surface ofthe rubber body and integrally formed through
vulcanization, the center of the lower framework is provided with a central sleeve mounting portion for mounting a center sleeve; the upper framework isarranged inside the upper end of the rubber body and integrally formed through
vulcanization, the upper framework extends upwards along a central hole and is provided with a protrusion extending out of the surface of the rubber body, and the protrusion is used for being inserted into a mounting hole of a frame side support to prevent
radial displacement; and the outer
peripheral surface of the rubber body is wrapped with a hoop strap, an upper
flange and a lower
flange. The front suspension rubber cushion has good
noise reduction and vibration damping effect while ensuring the suspension stiffness performance.
