Abstract

The invention discloses an oily wastewater treatment device. The oily wastewater treatment device comprises a first demulsification cavity, a second demulsification cavity, a pressure cavity, a biochemical purifying cavity, a micromolecular purifying cavity and a water draining cavity which are successively arranged in a closed manner at intervals, wherein the bottoms of the first demulsificationand the second demulsification cavity communicate with an ozone generator; the tops of the first demulsification cavity and the second demulsification cavity communicate with aeration tubes; and the top of the pressure cavity communicates with an air compressor. Oily wastewater is demulsified in the demulsification cavities, demulsified waste water can float on the water surface, by an overflowingmode, the waste oil which floats upwards overflows to a prepared container through an oil outlet, the remaining water is pumped into the second demulsification cavity from a flow guiding tube, and then the above demulsification process is repeated. By the air compressor, water in the pressure cavity is pressed into the biochemical purifying cavity and the micromolecular purifying cavity, and is purified by an aeration biological layer and a micromolecular assembly separately, and thus, the oily wastewater is effectively purified.
