Abstract

The invention discloses a lens chromatic aberration elimination method. The method controls a phase modulation amount of a liquid crystal spatial light modulator by a gray value mapping driving voltage on the basis of a programmable control characteristic of the phase-only liquid crystal spatial light modulator. According to a scalar diffraction theory, an odd waveband of a three wavelength-modulated Fresnel lens is applied with 2pi phase, and an even waveband is applied with pi phase so as to realize a three-color optical multiplexing lens having a common focal length and eliminate chromaticaberration. The achromatic aberration of any color light can be realized by using the method of the invention.
