The invention adopts the intermittent charging mode to avoid accidental damage to the accumulator caused by long-term floating charge and long service life of the accumulator. When the battery is intermittently charged, the method of wheel charging is adopted toavoid circulating current between two parallel branches. Multiple batteries are paralleled and redundant, which are standby for each other and have high reliability. The whole battery is composed ofsingle-cell battery in series, which eliminates the over-current problem caused by the unbalance between the cells of the single-cell battery. It is convenient to expand the capacity of multiple batteries in parallel, and the reconstruction work is small.
