According to the invention, calcium carbonate whisker is served as filler, so that the crack growth can be stopped, the effect of accelerating impact energy consumption through plastic deformation of interface can be achieved and the purpose of enhancing can be achieved. In the invention, silane coupling agent is used for modifying calcium carbonate whisker, silane coupling agent after modification is connected or coated on the whisker surface so as to form a coating layer, and meanwhile, silane coupling agent has a longer molecular chain and is easy to form molecular entanglement with resin so as to form a flexible interface layer, so that the dispersibility of calcium carbonate whisker in resin is promoted, the interfacial compatibility between calcium carbonate whisker and resin is improved and the purpose of promoting strength of product is achieved.
