The invention relates to the technical field of
textile ink-jet
digital printing, and discloses a high-color-fastness ink-jet
digital printing process which comprises the following steps: S1,
fiber surface activation pretreatment: putting a fabric to be printed into
plasma treatment equipment for surface activation, then soaking the fabric in a composite pretreatment solution for 20-40 minutes, rolling the fabric by a roller until the liquid rate is 65-85%, and
drying the fabric by a
drying oven; finally, pre-
drying at 70 to 90 DEG C for 8 to 18 minutes; and S2, ink-jet printing:
digital ink-jet printing equipment is adopted. According to the high-color-fastness ink-jet
digital printing process, double means of
plasma activation and composite pretreatment are adopted,
fiber surface active sites with sufficient quantity and high stability are constructed, and the modified ink and
ammonia gas are matched for synergistic color fixation, so that efficient
covalent bond combination of dye and
fiber is realized, and the color fastness is improved from the source. Through detection, the washing color fastness of the prepared printed fabric can reach 4.5-5 grades, the dry
rubbing color fastness is larger than or equal to 4.5 grades, the wet
rubbing color fastness is larger than or equal to 4 grades, and the printed fabric is far superior to existing process products.
