Abstract

The invention relates to the field of molecular biology, and discloses a loading method of biopsy specimens. The loading method comprises the followings steps: preparing for a biopsy vessel, preparingfor a biopsy washing vessel, carrying out blastomere biopsy, and carrying out blastaea biopsy. Compared with the traditional biopsy method, the method provided by the invention has the advantages that the intermediate transferring link is saved, the transferring time of the biopsy specimens is saved, the pollution of the specimens is reduced, meanwhile, in the specimen transferring process, the visual operation is realized under an inverted microscope, and therefore, the loss probability of the specimens due to the excessively small specimens or the adhering phenomenon is reduced. The embryogenetic materials are obtained safely and effectively for detection, and thus the diagnosis accuracy and effectiveness are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of molecular biology operations, in particular to a method for loading biopsy specimens. Background technique [0002] The emergence and development of IVF technology has brought hope to countless infertile families. The first-generation test-tube baby is mainly aimed at female infertility; the second-generation test-tube baby is mainly aimed at male infertility; and the third-generation test-tube baby is a revolution and technological breakthrough, which is a new step in human reproductive technology. A great technical contribution has been made. The third-generation test-tube baby can detect whether there are genetic disease genes in the embryo, which can not only avoid fetal deformity and unhealthiness, but also increase the success rate of test-tube babies, thereby helping couples realize their wish for prenatal and postnatal care. [0003] The third-generation test-tube baby is also called genetic diagnosis bef...
