The apparatus comprises a suction filter bottle in conical bottle shape; a hose is connected to the top of thesuction filter bottle; the lower lateral side of the bottleneck of the suction filter bottle is provided with a thin neck which is connected with a vacuum pump through a connection pipe; the vacuum pump is provided with a pressure meter, an exhaust fan and an adjusting knob to adjust vacuum pressure; the other end of the hose is connected with a pipette head to suck a sterilizing liquid from a centrifugal tube; the centrifugal tube is arranged in a centrifugal tube hole of a centrifugal tube plate.
