The invention discloses a tunnel temperature field simulation method, comprising the following steps of: piling up the surrounding rocks to build a tunnel model, and simulating the ambient temperatureby the cooling chamber; keeping one or two among the ambient temperature, the temperature inside the tunnel model, and the ground temperature of the tunnel model unchanged, regularly adjusting the other two variables, measuring, and recording the data in real time; and fitting and analyzing the experimental data to obtain the law of change of the temperature inside the tunnel model, the ground temperature of the tunnel model, and the wind speed inside the tunnel model. The tunnel temperature field simulation method is used for studying the law of change of the radial and longitudinal temperature fields inside tunnels under different temperatures, different surrounding rocks temperatures, different wind speeds, and durations of time, to provide a basis for the design of cold insulation ofthe tunnels in cold regions, which has important theoretical significance and application value, and further clarifies the law of change of the temperature field, and the radial and longitudinal temperature fields of the surrounding rocks inside the tunnels in cold regions.
