Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of biological medicines, and specifically relates to a cancer promotion gene JCAD and an application by taking the same as a target to prepare drugs for treating liver cancer. Through the proving of tests, The latent cancer promotion gene JCAD can be highly expressed in an HCC cell line and clinical sample, and can interact with LATS2 and inhibit LATS2phosphorylation YAP during the occurrence of cancer, so that the phosphorylation level of the latter can be lowered, and the propagation of liver cancer cells can be promoted through a Hippo signal pathway. An shRNA sequence having an interference effect is also disclosed; and the sequence can disturb the expression of the JCAD in cells. Recombinant lentivirus-mediated JCAD overexpression and corresponding JCAD overexpressing cell lines are also included. The cancer promotion gene JCAD is helpful for the pathogenesis research of liver cancer diseases, and can be taken as a new target to prepare drugs for treating liver cancer.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of biomedicine, relates to the oncogene JCAD and its use, in particular to the oncogene JCAD and its use as a target in the preparation of drugs for treating liver cancer. The cancer-promoting gene JCAD of the present invention contributes to the research on the pathogenesis of liver cancer, and can provide important reference data for the further development of drugs against liver cancer. Background technique [0002] Statistics show that hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the fifth most common malignant tumor in the world and the third leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide. According to statistics, about 700,000 people die of cancer every year in the world, half of them are in China. Clinical studies have shown that the prognosis of HCC is poor, and the 5-year survival rate is less than 15%. Among them, most patients have lost the chance of radical surgery when they are diagnosed, and che...
