Abstract

The invention discloses a system and a method for removing an ice coating on a transmission line. The system comprises a self-walking trolley and a remote host; the self-walking trolley is disposed onthe transmission line; the self-walking trolley comprises a mounting bracket, a battery unit positioned at a bottom of the mounting bracket, a drive unit positioned in a middle of the mounting bracket, a communication unit positioned on a top of the mounting bracket and an ice removal knife positioned on a front end of the mounting bracket; the communication unit is communicated with the remote host via a wireless signal; the communication unit is connected with the drive unit; the ice removal knife is connected with the mounting bracket via a support shaft; the ice removal knife is composedof two blades; and the two blades are connected via a buckle. The system and the method provided by the invention have the following advantages: the self-walking trolley is controlled remotely to remove the ice, so the labor intensity is low and the ice removal is convenient; with the adoption of an elastic rubber film, the self-walking trolley is not slid easily and the operation is stable; witha heating piece, the ice removal efficiency can be improved, and the self-walking trolley can be prevented from icing up; and in combination with a tideway of the transmission line to remove the ice coating, the ice coating removal efficiency is high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of power transmission line safety protection equipment, in particular to a power transmission line deicing system and method. Background technique [0002] Icing of transmission lines refers to the phenomenon that "supercooled" water droplets and wet snow in the air will freeze into ice on the surface of the overhead line after encountering the overhead line with a temperature below zero during the falling process. After the transmission line is covered with ice, the quality of the ice will cause the sag of the transmission line to increase, which will reduce the distance between the conductors and the ground conductors. When the wind blows, it will cause short-circuit accidents due to insufficient insulation distance; The increase will easily lead to the bending and breakage of transmission line bearings such as tower poles. [0003] Commonly used deicing methods include mechanical method, thermal method, ...
