Problems solved by technology

However, this method has requirements on the particle size of rock samples, that is, it cannot process rock samples with a particle size below 1mm, and the cleaning efficiency is low
The reason is that the rock samples below 1mm are powdery, which are easily dissolved in acid, resulting in the loss of rock samples and hydrochloric acid pollution.

Abstract

The invention provides a pretreatment device for removing inorganic carbon in rock samples. The pretreatment device comprises a tank, a first motor, a driven wheel, a second motor, a tray and a samplevessel. An acid pickling compartment is configured in spaces inside the tank; the first motor is arranged on a first side wall of the tank, and a driving wheel is arranged on an output shaft of the first motor; the driven wheel is arranged on a second side wall of the tank and is connected with the driving wheel by a belt, and a slider is fixed to the outer surface of the belt; the second motor is arranged under the slider, a coiling wheel is arranged on an output shaft of the second motor, and a lifting component is wound on the coiling wheel; the tray is arranged at the lower end of the lifting component, and through holes are formed in the tray; the sample vessel is used for accommodating the rock samples and comprise barrels, openings are formed in the bottoms of the barrels, semi-permeable membranes capable of covering the openings are arranged at the bottoms of the barrels, acid liquor can be permeated through the semi-permeable membranes, and the barrels can be penetratingly arranged in the through holes, so that the semi-permeable membranes can be positioned below the tray. The pretreatment device in an embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the pretreatment device is unconstrained by the sizes and the particle sizes of the rock samples when pretreatment for removing the inorganic carbon from the rock samples is carried out by the pretreatment device, andaccordingly errors can be reduced in organic carbon content tests.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of rock sample pretreatment, in particular to a pretreatment device for removing inorganic carbon in rock samples. Background technique [0002] The statements in this section only provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not constitute prior art. [0003] Only effective source rocks in a sedimentary basin can provide commercial oil and gas accumulation. As an effective source rock, it must first have a sufficient amount of organic matter, a good type of organic matter, and the evolution process of organic matter to oil and gas. [0004] Total organic carbon content is an index of organic matter abundance commonly used at home and abroad. Organic carbon refers to the carbon in rocks except inorganic carbon such as carbonate and graphite. What the laboratory measures is the amount of carbon in the organic matter left in the rock. Carbon is the largest and most stable element ...
