Abstract

The lithium battery pack comprises a lithium ion battery and a BMS board. The power supply switch board is composed of a microcontroller, a sampling processing circuit, an RS485 communication circuit and a MOSFET driving circuit. Voltage and current output from the power supply switch board firstly pass through the sampling circuit and then reach a sampling pin of the microcontroller, the microcontroller reads parameter information of the lithium ion battery pack on the BMS board through RS485, the information is uploaded to an upper computer through necessary data processing, and the upper computer sends an instruction as input or output interface control according to the information, thereby realizing automatic control or remote control of a backup power supply system.
