Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, medical staff generally use two methods when performing venipuncture: one is the visual method, which is to use naked vision to find and locate blood vessels. This method is only suitable for superficial and prominent veins. For patients, the inner diameter, bending and bifurcation of blood vessels in the subcutaneous tissue cannot guarantee accurate positioning; there is also a touch method, which uses the feeling of touch to find and locate blood vessels. This method requires many years of clinical experience. By touching the skin to distinguish blood vessels and the touch of surrounding tissue, so as to determine the location and depth of blood vessels

Embodiment 2

[0050] Example 2: Puncture of superficial forearm vein

[0051] After collecting the data of the patient's age, gender, height, weight, bust circumference, waist circumference, and subcutaneous fat thickness, input it into the main control device.

[0052] Except for the contraindications of venipuncture, the patient was prompted by electronic voice to maintain a supine position on the treatment bed, exposing the skin of the forearm on the puncture side.

[0053] The treatment room is controlled to a certain temperature. Multiple infrared cameras are set at fixed positions in the treatment room for high-frequency synchronous imaging. The fixed position of the treatment bed is set with reference to the infrared light source, and the collected image data is input into the main control device. The main control device uses the human body contour recognition technology to calculate the patient's body position information, and processes multiple groups of two-dimensional images to ...

[0058] Example 3: Dorsal Vein Puncture of Foot

[0059] After collecting the data of the patient's age, gender, height, weight, bust circumference, waist circumference, and subcutaneous fat thickness, input it into the main control device.

[0060] Except for the contraindications of venipuncture, the patient was prompted by electronic voice to maintain a supine position on the treatment bed, exposing the skin of the calf and dorsum of the puncture side.

Abstract

The invention relates to a venous puncture system based on temperature field detection. The system is characterized by comprising a treatment chamber, a plurality of infrared cameras, a detection device, a pressurization device, a main control device and a puncture device, wherein the indoor temperature of the treatment chamber is maintained at the set temperature; the plurality of infrared cameras are fixedly in the treatment chamber; the detection device has a detection surface with variable shape; temperature sensors are in matrix arrangement on the detection surface; the pressurization device is used for exerting the pressure on the local skin in a certain position at the proximal part of the puncture vein; the main control device controls the puncture device to operate the puncture needle to sequentially puncture the skin, the subcutaneous tissue and the vein according to the puncture point, the puncture angle and the puncture path. The vein precise positioning and the arteriopuncture atomization can be realized by the invention. The medical personnel operation is not needed; medical resources are saved; in the detection process, the venous compliance can be calculated, so that the vein lesion is avoided; in the puncture process, the concrete position of the vein and the puncture needle can be calculated; wrong operation do not occur; the postoperative complications are reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical devices, in particular to a venipuncture system based on temperature field detection. Background technique [0002] Patients with difficulty in venipuncture include: infants, children, obese patients, edema patients and other patients who are not easy to see the veins themselves, or patients who have undergone repeated chemotherapy, patients with poor blood vessel elasticity, first aid, shock, sharp decrease in blood volume, and blood vessel collapse patient etc. When venipuncture, avoid joints, induration on the skin surface, scars, vein valves, vein branches, and veins with diseased vein walls. Failure of venipuncture can lead to venipuncture complications such as: phlebitis, hemorrhage and hematoma, effusion, tissue necrosis, or catheter blockage. Common reasons for venipuncture failure: unskilled puncture technique, which damages the needle tip; excessive puncture punctures the posterior wal...
