Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, Gandhi Capsules has many and complex index components, and there is no systematic and in-depth research on the components and mechanism of action of the drug.
So far, the main ingredients of Gandhi Capsules are unknown, and the ingredients absorbed into the blood after oral administration and the metabolites of patients have not been reported yet.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting metabolites of patients with diabetic nephropathy in treatment of a Gandi capsule, characterized in that the specific steps are as follows: S1. selectinga test group and a control group according to a ratio of 1:1; S2. periodically collecting a sample to be tested; S3 treating the sample in the S2, and performing UPLC-Q-TOF / MS separation analysis; S4,performing metabolic contour analysis on the UPLC-Q-TOF / MS atlas data obtained in S3 to obtain a data set; S5, constructing a partial least squares discriminant analysis model according to the data set obtained in S4; and S6, constructing an S-PLOT load diagram according to the model constructed in S5, calculating a VIP value, meanwhile obtaining a corresponding P value, and screening out a metabolic marker capable of distinguishing a blank group and a Gandhi capsule administration group by using it as a condition that the VIP value is greater than 1.0 and the P value is less than 0.05. By adoption of the method, the pharmacological mechanism of the Gandi capsule in the treatment of the diabetic nephropathy can be predicted.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the detection field, in particular to a new method for detecting metabolites of Gandhi capsules for treating diabetic nephropathy patients. Background technique [0002] Diabetic nephropathy (Diabetic Nephropathy, DN) is one of the typical complications of diabetes. Diabetic nephropathy is also one of the common causes of renal failure. Its early features are intermittent microalbuminuria, which gradually progresses to persistent microalbuminuria and overt albuminuria, accompanied by an increase in the urinary albumin / creatinine ratio, eventually leading to kidney failure. In the early stage of diabetic nephropathy, strict control of blood sugar and blood pressure can prevent or delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy. In clinical treatment, controlling metabolic abnormalities and hemodynamic abnormalities is the main way of treatment, besides, there is a lack of specific therapeutic drugs. [0003] Gandhi Capsules are...
