Abstract

The invention provides a signal collection method and a signal collection circuit of an image sensor. The image sensor comprises a plurality of pixels arranged in an array, each pixel comprises photodiode, and the signal collection method comprises the following steps: performing signal collection on the plurality of pixels row by row within each signal collection period, wherein the signal collection period comprises at least one reset frame and at least one clearing frame, and applying a forward bias voltage to the photodiode of each collected pixel in each reset frame; and applying a reverse bias voltage to the photodiode of each collected pixel in each clearing frame. By adoption of the scheme provided by the invention, while the signal collection period is shortened, a better clearing effect is ensured, and the influence of ambient light on imaging is eliminated.
