The invention provides an artificially assisted
pollination method for crisp pears and relates to the technical field of fruit production. The method comprises three steps:
pollen collection,
pollen baking and artificial
pollination. In the
pollen collection steps, varieties such as Chinese pears, spenceria ramalana, Cha pears,
emerald pear, Yuanhuang pears and the like are adopted, flower buds are selected and collected in different times in a period from 1 to 2 days before the
pollination tree blossoming to the first flower period, pollen sacs are peeled, impurities are screened, and pollen is conveyed to a pollen room to be baked; in the pollen baking step, the temperature of the pollen room for baking the pollen is controlled at 16 to 25 DEG C, the
relative humidity is controlled at 60 to 70 percent, the disc loading is carried out in time after the pollen obtaining after the pollen
drying, and the pollen is placed into a
colored open
bottle and is stored in a cold and dry position with the temperature being 2 to 8 DEG C and the
relative humidity being 50 percent for use; and in the artificial pollination step, the pollination is started from the second day after the first flower and is stopped when the flower completely blossoms, and the optimum pollination in the whole day is from eight o'
clock in the
morning after
dew is dried to six o'
clock in the
evening. The method has the advantages that the operation steps are simple, the pollen
collection period is short, the pollen activity is high, the pollination probability is high, the natural condition limitation is small, and the
orchard yield can be stably improved.
