Embodiment Construction

[0032] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing.

[0033] Such as figure 1 , 2 As shown in and 3, a broach based on surface microstructure and magnetic adsorption includes a handle 1 and a tooth part 2. The cutter tooth part 2 includes a rough drawing section 2-1, a fine drawing section 2-2 and a smoothing section 2-3 arranged in sequence from inside to outside. Rough drawing section 2-1 consists of sequentially arranged n 1 It consists of a rough broach tooth. The fine drawing section 2-2 consists of n arranged in sequence 2 Composed of a fine broach tooth. The smoothing section 2-3 consists of n arranged in sequence 3 Composed of a smoothing knife tooth. Both the rough drawing section 2-1 and the fine drawing section 2-2 are provided with three or four chip dividing grooves. The chip splitter divides the flank of the tooth into four or five split flanks3.

Abstract

The invention discloses a broach based on a surface micro-structure and magnetic adsorption and a broaching method of the broach based on the surface micro-structure and the magnetic adsorption. The broach based on the surface micro-structure and the magnetic adsorption aims to solve the problem that in the broaching process, generated tiny cutting particles can generate severe wear of the broachand a workpiece. The broach based on the surface micro-structure and the magnetic adsorption comprises a broach handle and a broach tooth portion. The broach tooth portion comprises a rough broachingsection and a fine broaching section. Broach teeth on the rough broaching section and the fine broaching section are all provided with chip dividing grooves. The chip dividing grooves divide the flankon the broach teeth into multiple sub-flank-surfaces. Each sub-flank-surface is provided with a microstructure area. The bottoms of the surface micro-pits in all the microstructure areas are all provided with magnetic coatings. According to the broach based on the surface micro-structure and magnetic adsorption, the magnetic coatings are utilized to attract fine abrasive particles generated in the broaching process, and it is avoided that the fine abrasive particles form damage to a machined surface and the flank; the flank and the machined surface can better form a differential gas backflowfunction under a high pressure condition, so that the efficiency of storing fine iron chips generated by wear is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of broaching equipment, and in particular relates to a broach based on the magnetic adsorption of surface pits and a broaching method thereof. Background technique [0002] After the relevant theory that non-smooth surfaces are beneficial to reduce friction and improve the life of friction pairs was put forward, more and more people began to study such surface structures. In the processing and manufacturing industry, the processing method of removing materials is the mainstream of current processing and manufacturing. During this machining process, there will be a strong mutual friction between the tool and the workpiece to be machined. Therefore, the introduction of surface microstructure has opened up a new world for the research of new cutting tools. Among these material removal methods, broaching is a low-speed, heavy-load (generally ≥10KN) high-efficiency and high-precision processing method. The tool...
