The method comprises the steps: S1, establishing a wind driven generator model; S2, establishing the reactive power optimization model containing the wind power plant; S3, fixing involved discrete control variables of the reactive power optimization model, utilizing an interior point method to solve a continuous reactive power optimization module and calculate variable out-of-limit times under each scene and obtaining a corresponding optimal continuous control variable under an optimal scene; S4, fixing the involved continuous control variables of the reactive power optimization model, reducing the variable out-of-limit times and system average transmission loss of the reactive power optimization model under each scene and obtaining the optimal discrete control variable; S5, utilizing monte-carlo simulation and load flow calculation to check the optimal continuouscontrol variable and the optimal discrete control variable.
