The adhesive comprises, by weight, 6-8 parts of 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), 2-4 parts of toluene diisocyanate (TDI), 3-4 parts of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), 0.3-0.8 part of gelatin, 10-16 parts of polyether polyol, 8-11 parts of a diluents and 4-6 parts of an anti-aging agent. The high-fastness waste sponge adhesive and the preparation method thereof have the following advantages: 1) the adhesive makes waste sponge have good resilience when used in the waste sponge; 2) the content ofthe TDI component is controlled within a reasonable range, so the toxicity of the adhesive is reduced without affecting the adhesion, thereby the health of production operators and users is ensured; and 3) the adhesive has a good stability, and does not crack or shrink.
