Abstract

The organic light emitting diode unit includes an anode, a light emitting layer, a first blocking layer and a cathode which are sequentially stacked. The first blocking layer is disposed between the light emittinglayer and the cathode. The first blocking layer serves to block water and oxygen and increase the adhesion between the light emitting layer and the cathode. On one hand, the first blocking layer can increase the adhesion between film layers, therefore, the reliability of the organic light emitting diode unit is improved. On the other hand, the first blocking layer has a lower water oxygen transmission rate, and the water and oxygen blocking ability of the organic light emitting diode unit can be further improved.
