Abstract

The invention provides a display panel. The display panel comprises a substrate, a semiconductor active layer, a gate insulating layer and a gate positioned on the substrate successively, and a fluorescent layer. The fluorescent layer is positioned on the substrate, and used to shield light irradiated on the semiconductor when the substrate is peeled by a laser peeling technology subsequently. Theinvention also discloses a manufacturing method of the display panel and a display device. A metal shielding layer is replaced by the fluorescent layer, the fluorescent layer can absorbs high-energylight and then generates electron transition, and the electrons are transited from an original ground state electron track to a higher excitation state track. The excitation state track is instable, and when the higher excitation state track is transited back to the ground state of lower energy, low-energy light does not influence the semiconductor active layer. The fluorescent layer can absorb the high energy light but not reflect the high energy light.
