Abstract

The invention discloses a dampproof type water-based compound laser aluminizing coating compound and a preparation method thereof. The coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion, 10-15 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 0.5-2 parts of cross-linking agent, 0.05-0.2 part of de-foaming agent, 0.05-0.2 part of wetting agent, 1-5 parts of hydrophobic mixture and 40-75 parts of solvent. Compared with the prior art, the invention is capable of solving the problem of decreasing of adhesiveness of water-based compound laser coating and PETsubstrate under conditions of high temperature and high humidity at present; the level of oil-based compound laser can be basically achieved; production yield can be effectively increased; market competitiveness is strong; a water-based system resin is adopted; no organic solvent is contained; the coating is a real safe and environment-friendly coating.
