Abstract

The drug composition for treating bladder carcinoma is composed of active components of doxorubicin and epigallocatechin gallate. According to the drug composition, through the synergistic bladder carcinoma prevention effect of EGCG and DOX, the overall cardiotoxicity of the drug composition is lowered, and the toxic and side effect on normal bladder uroepithelium cells is small. Compared with a method of single adoption of DOX, the drug composition has the advantages that the better effect of inhibiting the growth of bladder carcinoma cells is achieved, migration and infection of the bladder carcinoma cells can be better inhibited, and the better effect of inducing apoptosis of the bladder carcinoma cells is achieved.
