Embodiment Construction

[0019] The present invention will be further described below through specific embodiments and accompanying drawings. The embodiments of the present invention are for better understanding of the present invention by those skilled in the art, and do not limit the present invention in any way.

[0020] First, put the low-density polyethylene (LDPE) in a drying oven, set the temperature at 80°C, and dry for 48 hours to remove the moisture that may exist in the LDPE and ensure that the LDPE is clean and dry.

[0021] Next, add 0.1g of antioxidant 1010, 2g of dicumyl peroxide (DCP) and 0.3g of 4,4'-bis 4,4'-dihydroxybenzophenone into the three-necked bottle, and add xylene solvent , ultrasonically stirred for 30 minutes to fully dissolve and disperse; add 100g LDPE particles to the mixed solution, and stir in an oil bath at 110°C for 3 hours to obtain a LDPE mixed solution; Dry in medium to remove xylene to obtain LDPE mixture. figure 1 It is the filler 4,4'-dihydroxybenzophenone...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a cross linked polyethylene insulated material for inhibiting space charges. The preparation method primarily comprises the following steps: first, drying low density polyethylene LDPE for 48 hours, wherein LDPE is clean and dried; second, adding the dried LDPE, an antioxidant, a crosslinking agent and 4,4'-dihydroxyl benzophenone into a three-neckedbottle according to a mass ratio of 100: 0.1: 2: 0.3, adding a xylene solvent, stirring the solution in a 110 DEG C oil bath for 3 hours to obtain an LDPE mixed solution, and removing xylene to obtain an LDPE mixture; pressing a sample: first, putting a proper amount of the LDPE mixture in a press vulcanizer container groove, setting the temperature at 120 DEG C, and heating the LDPE mixture for10 min, wherein the LDPE mixture is melted initially; and finally, drying the sample in vacuum to fully remove impurities generated in a sample crosslinking process. The cross linked polyethylene sample can inhibit injection and accumulation of space charges in XLPE obviously, which is of important meaning in XLPE for a high voltage current cable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a cross-linked polyethylene insulating material for high-voltage direct current cables, in particular to a preparation method of a cross-linked polyethylene insulating material that suppresses space charge. Background technique [0002] With the development of HVDC transmission technology, HVDC cables are more and more widely used in power systems. Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) materials are widely used as high-voltage DC cable insulation materials due to their excellent mechanical properties and insulation properties. However, in the production process of cross-linked polyethylene insulating materials, due to the addition of fillers such as cross-linking agents and antioxidants, a large number of by-products and impurities are often produced during the cross-linking process of polyethylene. This makes it easy for space charges to accumulate in a large amount on the insulating layer during the operat...
