The liquid transfer device comprises a base plate and a liquid transfer module and a stripper module mounted in the base plate; the liquid transfer module comprises a multi-channel plunger pump and a driver thereof; the plunger pump is composed of a sealed cavity and a plunger embedded in the cavity; one end of the sealed cavity is plugged with plungers, and the other end of the cavity is connected with a gun head adapter; the tail end of each plunger is connected to a plunger connecting slide block; the driver of the plunger pump is mounted on the base plate, and a moving end of the driver is connected to the plunger connecting slide block; the stripper module comprises a stripper plate and a driver thereof, the stripper plate is provided with a through hole adapted to the gun head adapter, and the adapter is connected with a gun head by penetrating the through hole; and the driver of the stripper plate is mounted on the base plate, and a movable end of the driver of the stripper plate is connected to the stripper plate.
