Abstract

The invention relates to an E-ACT fixed-point position control and speed measurement system and method based on an SENT protocol. The system comprises an acquisition and calculation unit, an externalpower supply unit, a pulse reversing unit, an upper computer control display unit and an electric ACT sensor. The method comprises the following steps: when positioning control is started, the acquisition and calculation unit receives a positioning control command of the upper computer control display unit, adjusts a PWM pulse control signal and transmits the PWM pulse control signal to the pulsereversing unit so as to control the electric ACT sensor to move to a designated position. When a speed test is started, the acquisition and calculation unit collects and analyzes position informationof the electric ACT sensor in real time, and calculates an average speed of the electric ACT sensor. The system disclosed by the invention not only has the function of analyzing the SENT protocol, butalso can measure and calculate the ACT movement speed and accurately control the ACT position; the control response speed is high, so that the control in any position is completed within 1s; and thetime base of the measuring and calculating speed reaches up to the ns level, so that the precision is high.
