[0029] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0030] The application of the present invention comprises the following experimental steps:

[0031] S1, preparation of ovariectomized rat model:

[0032] Use 10% chloral hydrate to anesthetize the rat by intraperitoneal injection of 0.3mL / 100g; take the prone position after the rat is fully anesthetized;

[0033] Under the last rib of the rat, about 1 cm away from the lateral side of the spine, cut off the rat hair, disinfect with iodine, make a median incision, the incision is 0.8-1.2 cm, bluntly separate to the muscle layer, cut the peritoneum, and insert tissue forceps into the incision Clip out the lesser omentum fat, separate and remove both ovaries, put the fat into the abdominal cavity after hemostasis by compression, suture the muscle fascia in layers, suture the skin, and sterilize the incision with povidone iodine;

Abstract

The invention discloses application of EGCG to menopause anxiety treating drugs. The application of the EGCG to the menopause anxiety treating drugs comprises preparing an ovariectomized rat model; performing drug therapy on the rat model; measuring the anxiety behavior of the rat model; detecting the anxiety behavior of the rat model through open field test and an elevated plus maze; detecting rat serum and hippocampus 5-HT (5-hydroxytryptamine), expression of rat hippocampus caspase3, caspase8, caspase9 and bcl-2 (B-cell lymphoma-2), and level of rat serum and hippocampus IL-6 (interleukin-6). The application of the EGCG to the menopause anxiety treating drugs achieves good improving effects when applied to menopause anxiety symptoms of ovariectomized rats (menopausal woman simulating animal models).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medicine application, in particular to the application of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) in the medicine for treating postmenopausal anxiety in women. Background technique [0002] Female reproductive aging will have a series of menopausal symptoms, as well as emotional changes such as depression and anxiety. However, patients are used to seeing a doctor because of physical discomfort. Emotional disorders have not yet attracted enough attention from both doctors and patients, which seriously affects family society and physical health. It also leads to the waste of a lot of health resources. In recent years, finding effective antidepressant ingredients from natural plants has become a new trend of thought in the field of research and development of psychotropic drugs. Tea contains a large amount of tea polyphenols, which has strong antioxidant capacity, and has been used as a natural food antioxidant additive. The...
