Embodiment Construction

[0039] In order to make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further elaborated below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0040] In this example, see Figure 1-3 As shown, the present invention proposes a detection method for the biomechanical properties of blood vessels with aortic dissection, using a detection device for the biomechanical properties of blood vessels with aortic dissection with two pull handles to detect the biomechanical properties of the diseased blood vessels. The biomechanical properties of arterial dissection blood vessels include testing the bilateral tensile strain and corresponding stress and testing the cutting stress on the vessel wall caused by the traction of the penetrating suture;

[0041] When testing bilateral tensile strain and corresponding stress, steps are included:

[0042] S101, respectively clamping the two ends of the diseased blood vessel wall mate...

Abstract

The invention discloses a device and method for detecting biomechanical properties of aortic dissection lesion blood vessels. The biomechanical property of the diseased blood vessel is detected by using the detection device with two tension handles; when the biomechanical properties of the aortic dissection lesion blood vessels are detected, the bilateral tensile strain, the corresponding stress and the cutting stress of the penetrating suture on the lesion blood vessel wall material due to traction are tested. Through the testing of the bilateral tensile strain, the corresponding stress and the cutting stress generated by the penetrating suture on the vascular wall material of the lesion due to traction for the lesion blood vessel wall, the device achieved the detecting and recording of the biomechanical properties of walls of the aortic dissection lesion blood vessels and provides accurate and effective guidance data for doctors; therefore, the accurate implementation parameters areprovided for the operation process of the aortic canal wall with the dissection lesion, and the operation risk is greatly reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biological material performance testing, and in particular relates to a detection device and method for the biomechanical performance of blood vessels with aortic dissection disease. Background technique [0002] Stanford type A aortic dissection is a critical condition in cardiac and major vessel surgery. If surgical treatment is not actively performed, the mortality rate is high and the prognosis is extremely poor (the mortality rate within 48 hours is 50%; the mortality rate within 3 months is as high as 90%). For Stanford type A aortic dissection, surgical treatment has been recognized internationally as the most effective way of clinical diagnosis and treatment. During the surgical treatment of Stanford type A aortic dissection, some operators found that in the Stanford type A aortic dissection surgery, when using standard sutures to suture the free edge of the aorta, when the sutures are used to sut...
