Embodiment 1

[0022] Example 1 Effect of strigolactone GR24 on barley growth under cadmium stress

[0023] The components and concentrations of the preparation for reducing Cd accumulation are as follows: strigolactone GR24, the concentration is 0.1 μM.

[0024] The barley materials consisted of two barley genotypes: w6nk2 (cadmium-sensitive genotype) and Zhenong 8 (cadmium-tolerant genotype). All genotypes are carefully selected seeds, using 2% Ca(ClO) 2 Disinfect for 30 minutes, rinse with distilled water 7 times, and germinate on a sand bed in a constant temperature box at 20°C. When the seedlings grow to the two-leaf stage, select the barley seedlings with the same growth and move them to the cadmium-free basic culture solution in the greenhouse. After pre-cultivation for 5 days, they will be treated with cadmium stress and strigolactone GR24. Various treatments and treatments Concentrations are shown in Table 1.

[0039] Example 2 Effect of strigolactone GR24 on barley cadmium accumulation under cadmium stress

[0040] The components and concentrations of the preparation for reducing Cd accumulation are as follows: strigolactone GR24, the concentration is 0.1 μM.

[0041] The results showed that, compared with Cd treatment alone, adding GR24 could reduce the accumulation of Cd in the aboveground and underground parts of the Cd-sensitive genotype w6nk2, and the Cd accumulation in the underground part of the Cd-resistant genotype Zhenong8.

Abstract

The invention discloses an application of strigolactone in alleviating cadmium toxicity of cadmium stress to plants and belongs to the field of governance of heavy metal pollution in soil in environmental protection and safety of agricultural products. The invention provides an agent for reducing cadmium accumulation in barley. The active component of the agent is strigolactone GR24, and the effective action concentration is 0.1 [mu]M. The invention also provides a method of reducing cadmium accumulation in barley in a condition of cadmium stress. The method comprises the following steps: transplanting barley seedlings cultured to a two-leaf stage to a plant growth medium with the strigolactone GR24; and culturing the seedlings till being harvested. The application finds that strigolactonecan alleviate cadmium toxicity of plants in the cadmium stress condition for the first time, and is applied to production of crops to control and reduce cadmium pollution of the crops, so that influence of heavy metal pollution of soil in safe production of quality of agricultural products is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of soil heavy metal pollution control and agricultural product safety in environmental protection, and specifically relates to the application of strigolactone in alleviating cadmium stress to plants from cadmium poisoning. Background technique [0002] Soil heavy metal pollution is a global problem, which poses a huge threat to the quality and safety of agricultural products and human health. Soil heavy metal pollution has latent, irreversible, long-term and serious consequences (Chen Huaiman et al., 1996). In recent years, due to the development of industrialization and the discharge of three industrial wastes, the pollution of heavy metal cadmium in my country's soil has become more and more serious. According to the "National Soil Pollution Survey Bulletin" issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Land and Resources in 2014, about 16.1% of the soil in my country has suffered from var...
