A movement scheme of a mobile sensor in the unknown environment is provided,the scheme is based on the bacteria chemotactic foraging algorithm, and a single sensor node like an Escherichia coli moves towards a more suitable place with higher concentration. Energy-saving andnode energy consumption stability are taken as evaluation indexes, the node is lower in energy consumption in the movement process, and the service life of a node battery is longer. The pollutant concentration collected by sensors, the pollutant concentration gradient in the movement direction and the residual energy of the node battery serve as motion controlling quantities for the mobile sensor,the quantities are used to adjust the sensor motion time, movement speed and rotation angle, and the pollution source can be found rapidly in an energy-saving way.
